About Your Reiki Practitioner
Hi, I’m Jill Benes, a certified 10th Generation Reiki Master and the founder of Red Rose Reiki. My path to healing began during the stillness of the 2020 pandemic, when meditation became my sanctuary and awakening. What started as a way to calm anxiety soon unfolded into a profound spiritual journey—marked by visions, energetic activations, and a calling I could no longer ignore. Having lost my faith years many years before over losing my child I had turned to drugs and alcohol to cope. Thanks to 12-step programs and the support of my loved ones, I pulled myself out of the grips of addiction and at the time of this awakening I had nearly 7 years under my belt. Part of my recovery was developing a belief in a higher power, but I still was not quite sure what that was or what it felt like. Then COVID hit and spirituality became my lifeline. Not only did I want to stay sober, but I wanted to help others. After praying for a way to help during mediation one evening, my hands became burning hot. I was amazed to discover that when placing my hands upon my face, my toothache went away and I felt the most wonderful feeling of relaxation fill my body! This led me on a path to a discovery of Reiki that would change my life. With guidance from spirit, the support of loved ones, and the presence of Ascended Masters, I embraced my soul’s purpose: to become a healer and serve others through the power of Reiki.
Mission
My mission is to offer heart-centered Reiki healing that uplifts, restores, and reconnects us to the divine light within. I work with the universal life force to help others release pain, clear energetic blockages, and align with their highest selves. Whether you’re seeking relief, clarity, or spiritual connection, my goal is to create a safe, loving space where true healing can unfold—where you feel seen, supported, and transformed.
Vision
I envision a world where energy healing is embraced as a vital part of our collective awakening. A world where we remember that we are beings of light and love—capable of deep connection, peace, and transformation. Through Red Rose Reiki, I hope to be a bridge between the seen and unseen, honoring both the science of energy and the mystery of spirit. My vision is rooted in love, unity, and the sacred balance of the Divine Feminine and Masculine. Reiki is more than a practice. It’s a path to New Earth.
