1. What Reiki Is
Reiki is a form of complementary medicine that enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It works by channeling universal life force energy to support emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and safe for all ages and conditions.
2. What Reiki Is Not
Your practitioner is not a licensed physician or healthcare provider. Reiki is a complement to traditional western medical practices—it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Reiki practitioners are not licensed by the state, as Reiki is considered part of the broader category of complementary and alternative medicine. Reiki should be used alongside, not in place of, services provided by doctors, nurses, therapists, or hospitals.
3. Services Provided
Red Rose Reiki offers distance Reiki sessions, chakra balancing, and full-body energy healing. Each session is tailored to the client’s needs and is offered with the intention of supporting inner balance, relaxation, and healing. Results may vary based on each individual’s openness, readiness, and energetic condition.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own health, decisions, and outcomes. While many experience deep healing, peace, and relief, Reiki is not guaranteed to produce a specific outcome. It is a co-creative process that works best when approached with an open heart and clear intention.
5. Confidentiality
All client sessions and personal information are kept strictly confidential. No information will be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the client's written consent.
6. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.

All completed sessions are non-refundable. Reiki is a supportive, energetic practice and outcomes vary from person to person. As such, no refunds will be given based on subjective experience or perceived results.
7. Session Preparation
For distance sessions, clients are encouraged to find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down. Eliminate distractions and remain open to receiving healing energy during the scheduled session time.
8. Refusal of Service
Red Rose Reiki reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, particularly in cases of unethical, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
9. Legal Disclaimer
By booking a session or using this website, you acknowledge and agree that Reiki is a complementary practice, not a licensed medical treatment. You agree to hold Red Rose Reiki and its practitioner harmless from any liability related to your use of Reiki services.
